1 General provisions

The Customer's personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997, the Act on the provision of electronic services of 18 July 2002 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
Access to the Client's personal data will be granted to employees and associates of the Administrator, i.e. persons who have been authorized to process personal data in connection with the performance of the rights granted to them and the tasks assigned to them. Your personal data may also be made available to all entities authorized under generally applicable law to process personal data in connection with our activities, including, if necessary, law enforcement authorities.
2. Purpose and scope of data collection
The purpose of collecting personal data by the Administrator is to fulfill the Customer's order. In the case of Customers who use the Product delivery services to the Customer, the Administrator transfers the collected personal data of the Customers to the extent necessary to make the delivery to the selected supplier and carrier.
The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Clients: name and surname; e-mail address; contact telephone number; address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country).
In the case of Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator additionally processes the name/company name and tax identification number (NIP).
Customers’ personal data will also be processed for the purpose of:
- implementation of the provisions of agreements concluded with the Administrator,
- fulfillment of obligations arising from the provisions of applicable law regarding tax and financial issues related to the execution of contracts,
- performance of other contracts, provided they have been concluded, regardless of their form and place;
- achieving other legally justified purposes, including if it is necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims in court, administrative or other out-of-court proceedings.
3. Cookies and operational data
Cookies (so-called "cookies") are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved in the memory of the device of the user visiting the Seller's online store website.
The Administrator processes the data contained in Cookies when visitors use the Online Store website for the following purposes:
1) Identifying Customers as logged in to the online store and showing that they are logged in;
2) Remembering Products added to the cart in order to place an Order;
3) Remembering data from completed Order forms, surveys or login details to the online store;
4) Customizing the content of the online store website to individual Customer preferences (e.g. regarding colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of the online store websites;
The Administrator also collects operational data (so-called logs – IP address, domain), which are stored for an indefinite period and used to generate statistics that help administer the online store. This data is aggregated and anonymous, i.e. it does not contain features that identify people visiting the online store website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.
4. Basis for data processing
Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, however failure to provide it results in refusal to conclude a contract with the Seller. Data necessary to conclude a sales contract are also indicated each time on the website of the online store when filling in the order form.
The basis for the processing of the Client's personal data is the necessity to perform the contract to which the Client is a party or to take action at his request before concluding it.
5. The right to control, access and correct your data
The Customer has the right to control the processing of data, and in particular the right to request the completion, updating, correction of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their removal if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. The Customer also has the right to:
- object to the processing of your personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR),
- withdrawal of consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR), in cases where the processing is based on the consent granted,
- file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6 Final provisions
The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data subject to protection, and in particular protects data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction.
7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Customers who have an account in the store will be informed about the change to the Privacy Policy via e-mail correspondence. In the event of a change, it will also be published on the website of the online store.
